Finding. Across 38 papers and 6,805 participants, convergent evidence was found for eudemonic wellbeing—meaning, purpose and personal development. Other wellbeing outcomes lacked strong support.

Limitation. Settings and activities varied. The authors call for stronger methods and provide RAARR reporting guidance.
