Prepare a contribution

Complete the relevant fields, review the prepared entry, then send it with your email app or download a copy. This form does not send or store submissions on the website. Nothing is submitted until you send the email to research@publicart.health.

Do not include patient information or confidential material. Public source links are preferred. If sending a photograph separately, include the photographer’s credit and permission to publish. Contact details are for editorial follow-up and are not part of the public record. Your email provider handles the message when you send it. Entries are lost if you leave without downloading a copy.

An installed work

The installation register documents sculpture and other three-dimensional works permanently placed in healthcare settings. Paintings, murals and photographs remain within the scope of the research library but are not yet recorded in the installation register.

Required

• Artist, title, institution, city and country
• Year installed, or “not known”
• Setting (indoor or outdoor) and form or material

Optional

• A photograph. If you supply one, include the photographer’s name and permission to publish it here; verified records are published without photographs when none is available.
• Dimensions, commissioning route, consultation, any evaluation and public sources

Institutions without consultation or evaluation data are welcome to submit: those fields will read “Not published”. The same standard already applies to most records in the register.
